Perfect romantic spot in Penn. our server Joey was respectful and answer all our questions. The hostess were super nice and friendly and made us feel welcomed. We had the opportunity to meet the chef and you can clearly see he enjoys and love his job. Food was delicious, complements to the chef and a new car. Definitely coming back when visiting Pennsylvania.
I celebrated my birthday on April 25 at The Frogtown Chophouse with my parents, and it was absolutely unforgettable! We indulged in an incredible steak and lobster dinner, perfectly paired with a smooth Cabernet wine. Every bite was delicious and cooked to perfection. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the service was exceptional. Our host, TJ (I believe), was so attentive and made us feel truly welcomed and celebrated. I usually come here for special occasions, and it never disappoints. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate or just enjoy an amazing meal, I highly recommend The Frogtown Chophouse!
Can’t believe this place doesn’t have 5 stars! My husband and I stopped In for our anniversary dinner and everything was phenomenal. We literally cannot think of a better restaurant overall that we have ever been to. Everyone was super friendly and McKenzie took excellent care of us at the bar while we waited for our table. Happy hour specials were great! McKenzie was also very attentive to my nut allergy. Even when we got to our table, she came over because of my husbands drink containing Amaretto. Our sever Samad was also super friendly and attentive. Dinner was the half crispy chicken and seafood trio. Sooo delicious!!! We live about an hour and a half away but we will certainly be back!!!
Picture it is almost 10pm cold and snowy night and you stumble upon the most charming chop house. Hopes were not high because it was so late but the owner so kind allowed us to order full menu. My partner chose the incredibly priced New York strip and added there bacon Mac and cheese, I had the half fried chicken pictured above with Brussels sprouts. The food was impactful left such an impression and I wanted to try more. Mandy the most amazing bartender served me up the most refreshing cocktail called the beesting that featured a homemade honey chile but remixed it just for me by making it tequila I was in heaven. I will most definitely be back and highly recommend you make it your mission to stop by
So, after a long day of traveling and unpacking, we were looking for some handheld to eat. I had a burger with all the fictions and blue cheese, onion rings, and chips, along with a cold beer and it was just what the doctor ordered! oh, did I mention the salad? It was great!
Came here to celebrate my father in-laws birthday. The host was very friendly and the service here was great. They have a great happy hour menu. So we started at the bar with a few drinks. We mostly shared a few apps which were all delicious. I got the burger which was perfectly cooked. The house made chips have a seasoning with a little kick to it. Very good. I also loved their mozzarella luna. Would love to come back and try one of the steaks.
Overall the experience, food and atmosphere were very nice. Our server, young man from NY, was very attentive. The food while delicious overall had some issues. The French fry appetizer had nice flavor but was over salted as were the Brussels sprouts. The Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection and my half chicken was delicious. A little over priced as well.
My fiance and I are visiting the Poconos for our Two Year Anniversary and found this place on google research. Definitely didn’t disappoint. Everyone was lovely and I did mention our anniversary and they offered complimentary champagne toast. The food was delicious. The service was excellent. Highly recommended.
